"Dear Neville
Greeting from Sipadan Water Village, Mabul Island!!
Just want to share some information! I on 24 April 09 found your Coleman's Melibe at the depth 25 meter here off Mabul. I saw it in daylight & size was about 10mm. I took some pictures of it.
Am I the second person after you saw this species?
It really look like a ghost for me!!"
"Dear Alexander
Congratulations you are certainly only the second person in the world to find and photograph Colemans Melibe. Already over the 4 years since it was first discovered many, many divers have been to Mabul looking for this very rare nudibranch.
For only 10 mm your images are excellent and because yours are from a different angle to mine I have already been able to determine more about the species in its live state.
Best wishes
Neville"
